About the Safety Network Team
Our team are Chartered Safety & Health Practitioners, Chartered Members of IOSH, Certified Safety Professionals, Professional Members of ASSE, Chartered Engineers, Graduate Lawyers, and/or have Masters Degrees in Occupational Health and Safety. They all have front line management experience.
Safety Network is a safe, confidential way to get information, share best practice and keep in the loop with what going on in the world of safety management. Accessing information is easy. We use links, where appropriate, to governing bodies etc. to make sure that the information is detailed and up to date. Hopefully, you’ll find what you’re looking for or we can find it for you, or point you in the right direction.
So what’s the catch? – No catch. We cover the costs of the website by selling advertising in banner strips down the side of the pages – hopefully not too intrusive. We make a living by selling the books and downloadable resource materials in the on-line shop.
We hope that you’ll get the information you need from the free information areas. But we know from experience, that audits, training courses, bulletins, risk assessments etc. all take time. More time than most busy managers have. Using our resources from the shop will save you time and money.
We NEVER pass your information on to anyone! We promise. We do have to ask you to register if you want to post anything. This is so that we can keep away those people who keep trying to post comments which are really trying to sell you their goods and services which are nothing to do with health and safety.
We’ll only use your e-mail to let you know essential information about the site or your log in. We’ll never ask for credit card information or send out any request for any other information. If you want to remain anonymous, that’s fine.
We simply ask that all our members are respectful of others. We will not tolerate anyone posting abusive or offensive comments.
